• Start CPR (30:2).
• Check monitor leads
• Give Adrenaline 1mg, intravenous, asap.
• Continue CPR 30:2 until airway secured, then continuously.
• Treat reversible causes.
• After 2 minutes, check status...
  • If VF/VT, change to shockable algorithm
  • Otherwise, give 1 mg Adrenaline, intravenous
